1. Informational Site Only

The Site is provided for informational purposes about our services. You cannot create an account, upload content, buy products or services, or purchase subscriptions through the Site.

The Site’s interactive elements are limited to (a) contact forms for prospective clients and general inquiries, and (b) interest forms for nurses and other professionals seeking employment opportunities. Submitting a form does not create an employer–employee relationship, a client relationship, a provider–patient relationship, or any agreement for services.

2. Not Medical Advice; No Patient Relationship

The Site may contain general information about health, caregiving, and related topics. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be relied upon as such. Do not use the Site for medical emergencies. If you believe you are having a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Communications through the Site or via email or phone do not create a patient relationship. Any clinical care, if applicable, is governed by separate agreements and consents executed offline and is not established by your use of this Site.

3. Eligibility & Geographic Scope

The Site is intended for users in the United States, particularly the state of Florida. If you access the Site from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. Please review it carefully. Do not submit protected health information (PHI) through the Site’s forms or email. If we need PHI to provide services, we will request it through appropriate, secure channels governed by separate agreements.

If you choose to submit comments, ideas, proposals, or suggestions to us about the Site or our services (collectively, “Feedback”), you agree that we may use, copy, modify, publish, or implement such Feedback without any obligation to compensate you and without any restrictions or confidentiality obligations, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. No Promotions

We do not publish or run promotions, sweepstakes, or contests through the Site. Any marketing materials on the Site are for informational purposes only.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio or video clips, downloads, and software—is owned by On Call Nursing or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print materials from the Site for your personal, non‑commercial use only, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices. Trademarks. ON CALL NURSING and associated logos are trademarks or service marks of On Call Nursing LLC. Other names and logos may be trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use any trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or computer systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
• Use any automated means (e.g., bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Site, except for standard search engine indexing;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information through forms.

9. Third‑Party Links

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ON CALL NURSING, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation/exclusion of liability for certain damages. To the extent such laws apply, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless On Call Nursing and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Communications & Consent to Be Contacted

When you submit your contact information through the Site, you authorize us to contact you via the methods you provide, including email or phone, for informational and marketing purposes related to our services. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

14. Employment Inquiries

If you submit interest in employment or contracting opportunities through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and lawful to disclose. 16. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

17. Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and On Call Nursing regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.

19. Contact Us
