Our skilled care services are delivered by highly trained Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who specialize in post-surgical care. They collaborate closely with your surgeon to meet your recovery goals and manage pain effectively. Our services include:

• Skilled observation and assessment
• Surgical site and wound care
• Pain and medication management
• Ongoing support and review of post-surgical instructions
• Passive range of motion assistance (as per physician’s protocol)
• Assistance with medical devices, such as continuous motion machines

In addition to skilled nursing, we can refer Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), or Companions to assist with various supportive tasks during your recovery, including:

• Meal preparation
• Prescription pickup and medication reminders
• Transportation to and from surgical centers and follow-up appointments
• Light housekeeping
• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
• Assistance with mobility and transferring
• Overnight care
